What does #nostr think of this family room? My wife and I love the house, but it’s roughly 60k over our budget (unless I sell corn for downpay). Sellers won’t budge on price. #asknostr https://image.nostr.build/630f98b1485b7449ae460eaba2edaea41bed5a6f1e67ef827cd17fab72d95310.jpg https://image.nostr.build/6d5670ba8ac36ec76562ca00f6c727e6e41045a790337cca9573c5f022849b5a.jpg https://image.nostr.build/1ddf39a0ba5b276c5fd5e4979f73b5a57341a5c26380b7a537cb9dc021a24cde.jpg
Overpriced is my naive take. I would guess you guys are also paying for location and timing; this could be built for a fraction of same price. I see the best value here at the floor and the paneling materials. I would like to see one picture of the outside to better get how the roof is structurally grounded. Overall looks pretty. 🤙.
Agreed with all of this. We know for sure it’s overpriced. We’ll probably just wait it out for 1 more price drop and if someone else takes it in the meantime then we will move on.
I can rent you a room in my house if you want. The rent is very expensive, but it comes with a cat's litterbox.
Need more info. How many bedrooms, bathroom etc. garden?
3-2, 1,800ish sqft. Good size backyard for the area. The only downside for me is the street is a bit busier than I would like (not insanely busy, but I prefer almost 0 traffic streets if possible). You cannot hear traffic though. https://image.nostr.build/a9597f1a36cf0dded09b42160d73aad34100ccd6cbe6ec8fdce72f7e25856a05.jpg
Depends if it was over priced
It is.. probably by 30k, but most of FL still is. The good part is that this specific area is “up&coming” so should retain price.
That is a real estate agent code word for “Ima rip you off” 😂 Give him the best and final and the shut up. Let him come down, if it doesn’t then it is not meant to be
It’s very nice, but there’s no fire. I’m not sure where this is, maybe somewhere warm because of the tile floor, but I personally would want a woodstove or something.
FL. Not many homes have a fireplace here.
Alright then risk of high winds; just make sure roof is securely grounded. As per the pictures I can not notice if the anchors are hidden behind walls, I would think so; however if it is only put over the walls then there is risk of see it flying at a category five.

It really to depends of the style of the builder; at classroom they tell us to be careful with grounding and joints. It could still be hidden behind walls; however I would expect to look at something like these for ease of mind. https://image.nostr.build/fd92e21022c995139663b811837caad8fbe9b50899a8707526fbc7f33e2c3419.jpg
