Overpriced is my naive take. I would guess you guys are also paying for location and timing; this could be built for a fraction of same price. I see the best value here at the floor and the paneling materials. I would like to see one picture of the outside to better get how the roof is structurally grounded. Overall looks pretty. 🤙. 

 Agreed with all of this. We know for sure it’s overpriced. We’ll probably just wait it out for 1 more price drop and if someone else takes it in the meantime then we will move on. 

 I can rent you a room in my house if you want.  The rent is very expensive, but it comes with a cat's litterbox.
