I was going to talk a little further about this topic but the subject changed.
I was out of the room so I’m guessing for some reason someone wanted to move away from this?
 Hardly surprising, it's heavy.
Not saying that you are wrong in wanting to watch this, but what would be the difference in watching this to watching a movie about child porn? Same, same type of thing - real life and it happens unfortunately and sadly.
It isnt rape footage, it's art that confronts rape by making you think about it. You see it, feel it, it's real. Nobody got raped in this film, but many more will feel what it means to be raped.

That has value.
I know it’s not real, but again replace the lady with a child and it’s almost the same thing.
Children get raped, this is true. Art should reflect truth.
 Who wants to go there?
It’s a very heavy subject, but one that needs further discussion.
Question is, would you watch it?
You make that film , or show me somebody that has had the bravery to explore that artistically, on film, and I'll answer that question.
What the heck Sèimi…you’re not answering this correctly dude but that’s ok 🧐
We’ll leave it for another time to discuss further 🫂
Art serves a selective function - it tells us what to focus on
 Bruh.... lol.

You see it, you feel it?

Definitely makes you think about it.
I really really really really respect this director. He went somewhere uncomfortable.
Yes, but would you still watch it if it had a male being raped by another male?
If it had the same artistic integrity, absolutely.
 Ok, cool just asking.
