I'm planning on revisiting carnivore, but I'll try to phase it in next time. For now I'm aiming to keep sugar intake low, as since stopping the carnivore diet I can really feel the negative effects of consuming sugar.
Sunbathing is a tricky one in my location at this time of year. I have considered IR light therapy though. I'm open to suggestions to help with that.
I do have CFL daylight bulbs to help, but I generally like low light in the evenings anyway.
Grounding is something I have done my whole life. I always default to barefoot when I can. That's most of the time in the summer, but just at home in the winter.

I think moving to a warmer/sunnier climate would help a lot tbh. The sun is a great healer. 🌞

I would recommend you check out Dr Sara Pugh, she gets into all that and is also a proponent of the carnivore diet. Yeah, moving somewhere more sunny could help.
