i am fasting today... really feel like i need to try and do a whole week, it is so often i read that 3 days is when you only start to get the benefits
it's a radical disruption of my normal routine, that's for sure... i've been reading The Book of Jubilees, sitting in the sun, meditating, hardly even using my computer today,
i'm sure the sun is good for me... i did also take some salt earlier, some of my home made sea salt from the beach

yeah, for me it's also detox from caffeine and alcohol... so i'm a bit slow
i don't quite get how it's easier to just not eat anything at all - i'm drinking some mint tea but that's it - only water otherwise - than to just stop the others but at the same time anyhow i've been meaning to do this properly
i did a 3 day long one last year and it was a great result, but i really need to do this regularly, seems to me like every season, 4x a year would be a good routine
seems to me like it helps reset not just the gut but also habits of the mind related to what goes in your mouth
I think the Orthodox Christian teaching that I follow agrees with your statement on the habits of the mind as it relates to fasting. I'm on day 14 now 💪🏼
I fast too when I take bath salts.
