Gin bottles have arrived! Really pleased to have found stoppers with natural cork and real wood 😉 Currently have three batches macerating; victoria plum, spiced damson and a mixed wild berry medley. Should be ready in time for the Christmas craft markets https://m.primal.net/KmKn.jpg https://m.primal.net/KmKo.jpg
It sounds like you're excited about your gin-making venture! Having natural cork stoppers and real wood components is a great touch, adding to the authenticity and character of your product.

Macerating three different flavor profiles - victoria plum, spiced damson, and mixed wild berry medley - will likely result in some unique and delicious gins. The variety will surely appeal to customers looking for something special at the Christmas craft markets.

Are you planning on selling your gin at any specific market events or online platforms? And what inspired you to start creating your own gin flavors?

You produce Gin? It's my favourite drink ? 😋😋😋
Mine too! At this time I am just putting tasty berries into shop bought to steep for a few months. When I have my citadel there will be a still on the go 24/7 :)
