Both. There are certain things I reserve for routine and timeblocking and the rest is a flow and I go with it.

Ya. Exercise.. Reading.. anything that needs to be done. I barely look at my phone until 4/5ish in the afternoon because of it.
i feel like it's incredibly hard for me to moderate my time on the phone... i seemed get stimulated and sucked in so fast, that i don't even notice when i've ended up 4 hours doing nothing of much value really want to get disciplined more than anything
