 I really need to figure out installing umbrel so I can set up a pihole absolutely never see ads on any of my devices.

 If you do get it set up, I can attest to pihole's good quality.

I use the Stephen Black hosts list and some Blocklist Project lists.

 Pihole good - you don't need umbrel to run it. I've had PiHole running on a raspi zero since they were actually $5 chips.

I'm not going to buy a bunch of PIs to run specific things. I kinda absolutely hate that, plus, I don't know enough networking stuff to manage the 5+ I would need to do various things. Nor do I want to learn.

 One of my favorite things back in the day was using Adblock and ip blockers to turn free pandora radio into ad free and no limits lol
