 Great to hear your experience. I'm having similar effects swapping Nostr for Twitter. I don't know if I'll be 100% Nostr-only from now on, but at least day-to-day I'm scrolling Nostr, not twitter.

 totally. for me, politics is what keeps me in the loop. when I read a piece of content with politics it feels like I'm missing out. when I avoid it, I feel relaxed and calm.
