Let's say you've been eating steak since the 1970's. Back then, your steak was organic and grass fed, free from antibiotics and hormones. Because it was just steak.
Let's say you did nothing different, just living the same way, but somehow you are getting fatter and sicker. You didn't change, the food did.
it is unlikely that the glucose minimizing carnivore is the person represented on this graph.
it is likely the consumer of glucose filled seed oil infused snacks and premade meals
McDonald's french fries was made with tallow until the 1990's. Now, almost all bread (for chrissakes) is made with seed oil. Baby formula is pure seed oil, so is mayo. Throw in ever-increasing use of glyphosate. If you eat only whole foods, bought from farms you trust, you can escape some of the poisons.
I love this exchange. The answer is they are poisoning us by convincing us to poison ourselves. As a culture we are on a hedonistic, fiat driven hamster wheel trying to keep pleasure up and costs down. In comes cheap and satiating garbage and the propaganda that it’s all okay.
Secede now by ditching:
Seed oils
Plastics around hot foods
Dyes
Refined sugars
Pesticides/herbicides
Antibiotics
Vaccines
Pasteurized and homogenized dairy
And all big ag food.
