I think it comes down to the fact that he probably won't, in most people's opinion. He'll have no real reason to do so if he gets elected. He's also got a really bad habit of picking really bad  sycophants or just downright evil deepstare goons.  

 Dude literally did everything he said he would do that he had the power to do with unilateral action.  He's also the only one saying he will that can win.  

As I said NO ONE turns a L into a W faster than political libertarians.  

 I would agree that you're correct about political libertarians. 

I'm not sure that he did everything that he said he would do, though.
