 Their contributions to date have been educational and it would be kinda crazy to minimize them.  They just started making the pivot to focus on Bitcoin technology. Would reserve judgement

 MSTR doesn't have to pay for anything if they don't want to. Why are you crying for big corporation handouts so they can apply they own influence and control? Bitcoin development is volontary, you can donate if you like but not recommanded.

 Interesting insight. How do you interpret this behavior? Is Microstrategy simply selfish/ ambivalent or something worse? What's your take? 

 They have been building business tools.  These will benefit Bitcoin by driving business adoption.  They will also increase Microstrategy's cashflow, which will increase the amount of Bitcoin MS can buy and increase the Bitcoin price.  This will benefit any foss devs who hold Bitcoin.

BTW, github repos are only useful as long as Microsoft (which owns github) allows them to be.  Do you have a backup plan? 

 I think I would like to see MSTR contribute to Nostr more than L1 Bitcoin. Their incentives, and Michael has talked about this until the cows come home, is that Bitcoin not change. I support them for that stance. 

But they should contribute, whether it's to L2 or Nostr. Building out the economies on Bitcoin are in line with their incentives, IMO.

MSTR is already down over $115 million on the #Bitcoin it just bought with borrowed money.  I wonder why @saylor always borrows money to buy Bitcoin after a big move up. It looks like his true intention is to manipulate the Bitcoin price higher as he dumps his own $MSTR shares.
