Sorry you got this despite being careful in so many ways. It reminds me somewhat of when I got it. 

I had been… actually all of us in my household had been masking and very careful. But my coworker went to Vegas during heavy covid numbers, came back with it and gave it to me back in 2021. 

I’ve had long-covid symptoms since. ☹️
