Oddbean new post about login | logout F*ck. My husband and I wore masks for 36 hours of flights and airport time to get to Brazil where we enjoyed a week of healthy travel with our guide. Then the rest of our small group flies in after wearing no masks on their flights, and two days later one (a pharmacist!) is ill. Now all of us in our little bubble have #covid. @374fb629 Sorry you got this despite being careful in so many ways. It reminds me somewhat of when I got it. I had been… actually all of us in my household had been masking and very careful. But my coworker went to Vegas during heavy covid numbers, came back with it and gave it to me back in 2021. I’ve had long-covid symptoms since. ☹️ Hope it’s inconsequential for you.
