Nostr is important for freedom of speech and hopefully one day, privacy. Nostr can't tie it's value to Bitcoin "money go up" ideology. If it does, Nostr is dead in the water.

I'm still confused why they're surprised about this "volatility". Like .. it's simply a finite resource with fluctuating value. It quite nicely reflects its value of the moment. What more do you want. You get a true reflection of a real, understandable, finite, transparent asset. (Looking at it from investing pov only.)

Hell yes, love it! I meant gas gague, as in how much gas is left in the tank before you run dry. Denial or positive thinking doesn't get more gas :)

Says someone who doesn't understand #Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not speculative or volatile, humans are. Bitcoin is the most stable system ever existed. And if you understand economics, then you understand why Bitcoin will also make car tires more durable in the long run.
Couldn’t imagine a world without it. Plus one can coinjoin if needed, and fairly easily obfuscate ownership. Bitcoin is literally the only assey I do not worry about.
