Define Non-Profit. Having a 501C3 status makes you a non profit? If you are really doing a project about them, get ready to get in the mood
Not necessarily 501c3 as there are many non-profits that are not US based. Basically I'm looking for organizations with a mission to do good that accept Bitcoin donations and (instead of dumping them for fiat instantly) hold them as Bitcoin for a period of time.
I'm not sure what they do with the donations but archivedotorg accept BTC donations

Even better, @Scott is cooking up something good on that front! I know the nonprofit world and it’s my fiat job, it’s still a challenge to see nonprofits (in the states) accepting or understanding the “why” yet. I’m trying to get my current to use the ETFs as an investment strategy to start for our general fund/cash reserves. Global ngo’s are decently leading on the accepting bitcoin front
