 Define Non-Profit. Having a 501C3 status makes you a non profit?

 Not necessarily 501c3 as there are many non-profits that are not US based. 

Basically I'm looking for organizations with a mission to do good that accept Bitcoin donations and (instead of dumping them for fiat instantly) hold them as Bitcoin for a period of time.
