 But the issue here is incentive for seeding, no one will seed without getting paid, electricity costs money. Don’t know if nostr can , somehow, combines this with zaps

 But for how long? For example, How long will 100 people seed your large video files  for , say, 5 months if you asked them for help? Would YouTube grow to be a giant as it is now if uploaders were not paid by YouTube ( by displaying ads). The world exists based on work. Everything costs money. You pay people for their work . if nostr wants to exist long term, incentive is the way

Piracy is booming. People buy seedboxes overseas and share for long periods of time. Dirt cheap.

and niche interests seed niche interests. 
It balances. And has worked for many years.
