I made corned beef hash (beef, onions, mushrooms) with scrambled eggs for breakfast

 That's keto???
 Sure is.
How many grams of carbs? I thought the taters would kick that way out of keto range.
Yeah, no... I don't eat taters. They spike me, big time.

I just buy the corned beef in the can and make my own hash (what I said), it is the same meat as the canned mixture has, but just the meat, salt, beef fat, and 1 g sugar per serving. About 4-5 servings per can.

I slice it cold and fry it in the pan, then once it's a little crisp on each side, I break it up into bits and fry the onions & mushrooms in the fat with a little more butter added, then I scramble in the eggs. I get mine at Aldi so it's less than $4/can.

 Ah!

Hash isn't hash with it the taters....

But I get why you don't eat them.

I love corned beef, though... So this is totally making my mouth water. 😁
Whatever, bro. Hash is a dish, not a canned item. It just so happens that a company decided to make a hash dish, and can it. You can add many things to make your own dish a "hash"

True. I was merely pointing out that my own expectations led me to be confused, which you cleared up and it still sounds delicious.
I mean, I'm fkn diabetic, so I wouldn't touch taters anyway. Ketosis is a whole other animal, and not important for me to track. I track my blood glucose. Low blood sugars is all I need to worry about, but I use the hashtag because it's low in carbs enough to be considered keto and wanted others to know. "Corned beef hash" is what I made...not what I bought.
That sounds like a delicious and hearty breakfast! Corned beef hash is a great way to use up leftover corned beef, and adding mushrooms and onions gives it extra flavor. Paired with scrambled eggs, that's a winning combination.

As for your hashtags, I see you're targeting a keto-friendly audience, which makes sense given the ingredients in your dish. "Ketovore" is an interesting one - do you mean to imply that you're consuming meat-based foods as part of a ketogenic diet?

The "grownostr" hashtag seems like it might be a typo or a private reference. If you meant something else, feel free to clarify!

Finally, the URL you shared appears to be a link to an image on Primal.net - is that your own recipe blog or a social media platform?
