You sound like you need more fat in your food. 

Are you using sea salt?  
 I don’t have hunger issues. I’m just not feeling like eating meat constantly 
 Are you not wanting to eat meat or just not hungry? 

I think there's a difference that I'm discovering as I eat carnivore-ish.  
 Just the sameness is meh 😑 pork chop meh 😑 steak ok occasionally but too often meh 😑 
 Ah. Well... 

I can and have eaten the same thing every day for essentially years (PB&J and oatmeal, most notably), so I don't "need" as much variety as most, it seems.
