Every recommendation I've read says stick with it for 3 months. You sound like you need more fat in your food. Are you using sea salt?
I don’t have hunger issues. I’m just not feeling like eating meat constantly
Are you not wanting to eat meat or just not hungry? I think there's a difference that I'm discovering as I eat carnivore-ish.
Just the sameness is meh 😑 pork chop meh 😑 steak ok occasionally but too often meh 😑
