Redoing all of the pipes is significantly cheaper than demolishing a house. However I find it hard to believe that niggers would pull off that much damage. You're looking at 3-3.5 inch diameter pipes of certain lengths with running water. For one it's not that easy to clog pipes with concrete unless you do the ol' sock trick, and two it's way too much work for a nigger. I can see them fucking up a single sink, but after the second bag of cement these porch monkey coons would lose patience and run out of funds.

Without a mixer they'd have to mix by hand and maintain water ratios that allow to be thin enough to travel through pipes while being thick enough not to just all end up in the septic tank. Can you imagine niggers managing that? Where would they even find a shovel to mix?

You don't need a lot of concrete, just pour some cement in the sinks, leave the tap running until it goes through, close the tap, few hours later you have damaged the pipes beyond repair, they might work partially, but to fix you have to redo from sink to septic tank. If the house is cheap and old like the story implies then it's easier to build a new one.
Or.... Just the fact that some niggers poured concrete into the pipes, whether mixed well or not means the pipes are no longer viable and need to be replaced. There are regulations n shiieettt that must be obeyed. Calm your tism.

I think there is a bit of embellishment in this story, as most of them are. The damaged would probably be limited, unable to Penetrate deep into the plumbing system. They may have ruined the sinks and toilets by filling them with some quikrete but not attempt to inject the mix into the plumbing.
