Redoing all of the pipes is significantly cheaper than demolishing a house. However I find it hard to believe that niggers would pull off that much damage.
You're looking at 3-3.5 inch diameter pipes of certain lengths with running water. For one it's not that easy to clog pipes with concrete unless you do the ol' sock trick, and two it's way too much work for a nigger. I can see them fucking up a single sink, but after the second bag of cement these porch monkey coons would lose patience and run out of funds.
