It’s a snooper bot to remind us all that while Nostr DMs are encrypted at the content level (no one can see your messages), they are open at the metadata level - i.e. who is DMing who and when.  Definitely an area where improvement is needed. Or, when DMing you can seek to move the convo to some other platform as quickly as possible.
