 @c76776cc @5756e48c You've got a nasty overhang on the bottom due to that curve. Chamfering it off would help a bunch.

 Well, I think this will work without any support, except on the bottom, which is totally fine.

Maybe an overly simple idea may do: flip it on the top for printing. The angle/overhang on the smaller side is much steeper i,e. better to print than on the wider berth.
