I think about this often. They’re not all equal. Thermic effects, glycemic index, etc. so many factors. I’ve trained a looooong time. Never in my life have I met someone who’s obese because they ate too many apples. For a generally sedentary person, I think lower carb diets are great. But if you’re exercising, particularly anything anaerobic, I think a low carb diet is almost completely counter intuitive.
