Don't serve stuff on the Internet from your home, puny customer!

This is the first time I'm seeing modern Internet speeds in Germany. Alas, it's only one direction. What a joke.

 Does this even make sense? Who does the ISP peer with so that they don’t have any upstream left? I mean the cable is there in the ground. It can be used bidirectional, no?
