What if the panel picked the weekly winners, but there was also a monthly community vote on their favorite meme of the month? Winner gets a slick badge.

The issue would just be finding a panel for the first round. I'd volunteer to be a forever panel member, if you need one. I am not a very strong meme artist, but I do love studying memetic history.
It is a good idea, doesn’t seem to be what the community wants tho.. I can totally see a separate initiative form out of this perhaps corn and doc and you n I’ll be happy to offer my services to do it
It’s kind of funny. People will complain that people with larger followings get more likes because they have more visibility, and then they’ll go and vote to continue using likes as the voting mechanism 😂🤷♂️
