The issue would just be finding a panel for the first round. 

I'd volunteer to be a forever panel member, if you need one. I am not a very strong meme artist, but I do love studying memetic history.

I can totally see a separate initiative form out of this perhaps corn and doc and you n I’ll be happy to offer my services to do it 

 It’s kind of funny. People will complain that people with larger followings get more likes because they have more visibility, and then they’ll go and vote to continue using likes as the voting mechanism 😂🤷‍♂️
