 We are trying to get the logs from github but it seems their system doesn't have a decent logging system. There is still no good answers.

 I saw your incident report on GitHub.  Thank you for the continued work on this.  But in all honesty I’m a bit cautious about upgrading versions right now.  I’m not planning on doing any coinjoins in the near feature so existing wallet features work for me.
