 I used a dehydrator idk if an airfryer is the same thing / will have a similar result.

 Has a dehydrator setting on the airfryer. Never used it, but either way, I’ll be eating the steak that comes out, whether I make it again will be another thing!

 Good luck, hope you like it. I’m going to vacuum seal a bunch and keep them frozen as emergency food. Properly dehydrated meat will keep indefinitely from what I’ve learned.

 I prefer to hydrate when I pocket steak, but would def eat this too!
