There’s a spin-off show from Letterykenny called Shoresy. I’m not sure I like it. Certainly not as much. But one thing struck me. I have never seen a show where the characters tell each other to fuck off more. It’s constant and endless. Every conversation includes numerous “Fuck you, S______. Fuck you, D________.” It’s barely even aggressive. Just part of the vernacular. I guess in rural Canada they’re not quite as “polite” as we have previously been led to believe. @30700d9a *Fuck you DTM, tell your mom I'm DTF tonite after praccy. * While I love the parent show, I think I like Shoresy more. You learn the background and motivation of #69 a bit more it has an *arc* to it. I find Keeso and Tierny's writing is better when there are concrete story arcs in play - a Tanis scheme, katy's loser American BF, the whole Marie-Fred/Waynes love life thing. Dunno, just seems that while there continue to be nuggets, the later seasons are... meandering a bit.
