I would be interested more in general prep, for family w kids, and how you particularly go about that process as you seem to have incorporated it successfully. Recipes are bountiful online, but proven process that work for me has been harder to find and more valuable in my case.

Sorry, no My carnivore diet is either raw (egg yolk), pre-cooked (smoked salmon) or very simple to cook (searing a steak or sausage in the oven) The lack of fuss is one of the selling points for me
that makes total sense! and I get that! some people like more variety and it cn be nice for kids too.
