Since giving up alcohol in December I've upped my coffee intake a lot! Been thinking I need to dial that in. Had not thought to swap for raw egg OJ cocktail, but I'm feeling brave... 

 Just tried this. Much better than you'd think. I used pasture raised eggs and freshly squeezed OJ. 

Tastes great.
