Maybe. I publish to my personal Outbox which blasts to 25 relays. I just added the Alby relay since I use NWC with them. Maybe that will help.
Is Alby handling the zap receipt publishing or are you doing it yourself?

Assuming the lightning payments receiver supports nostr, it should be sending the zap receipts to on or more relays so people can see your note had been zapped. Does it appear zapped to you?
