Got it. I was trying it just now on a couple of Nostr apps, but did not see the option for the bunker URL and pasting it into the nsec field didn’t work (obviously 😅) If an app supports it, will there be a field for the bunker URL?

The list of apps is on nsec.app homepage at the bottom. Usually you'd choose "Nostr Connect" option or some such and enter your name@nsec.app, in some apps you just enter this name and it figures out the rest, in some apps only bunker-url is accepted. On nsec.app there is a short video for each supported app.
The login can request a Nostr address (user@nsec.app) or a bunker url. The first is essentially a shortcut to the second. Try it with wikistr.com, that use window.nostr.js to enable NIP-46 login for the web apps that support NIP-7 (extension).
Yes, it's a non-custodial bunker (NIP-46) solution that run in your browser, really convenient. An underrated feature is the possibility of approving the login/signature from a different device, e.g. while working at the PC you can validate actions using your phone.

On nsec.app website scroll down and look up for the guide section. There are nostr apps and chose one of them where you'll find a video guide how to log into this app. Watch a few examples and you'll get it quite quickly

I've had some issues with it but I have used it (testing to onboard new people mostly) On the nsec.app page make sure notifications are enabled. The actual log in is a bit different depending on the app you're logging into. You can try putting the nsec address for the login, go back to the nsec app and there *should* be a notification on that page to enable that app. I've had more luck with apps that support the bunker urls (nsec.app -> connect app -> copy the connection string). Some examples of apps that have worked for me are: https://coracle.social/ and https://nostrudel.ninja/
