Amethyst shows you a little edited text which you can tap to cycle to the original & then the edits.
Ok ok, handy - although reliant on each client. I’m using Primal and Damus as an iOS user. I’ll do some investigating
I've edited the above note twice if it helps.
That helps. I’ll click through and ask around.
@jb55 - any guidance here for checking the edits of notes on Damus?
haven’t implemented that yet
All good Will. What do you think of it? @ODELL's statement in his slide deck made me think of it. Twitter used to have its cement or deleted. Now it has ‘time last edited’. If this is a cornerstone of the protocol (verifiable content) then is visibility and ease of use important?
Wait, editing is possible?
Yes! My channel is built around edits. I have an index linked in my profile, and I am always adding links to my posts as I post new micro blog posts. The Freedom Tech Index only works in Amethyst and Garnet ... which is branched from Amethyst. Garnet is Amethyst with an integrated Monero wallet and Monero zaps added in addition to lightning. Only problem is Garnet is months behind in development.
