 So I spent some time looking for a cellphone that is both available in Chile and known to work with Lineageos and I can't find any. Sadly we are far from de-googling being easy ☹️

Many Lineage ROMs there.
I use for example a cheap (like150 cuckbuck) Moto G9 with a Lineage 19 (Android 12) and works perfectly fine.
Is just a matter of looking.
