When you have a million users adding every day .. you won't have time to scale .. much less build anything ..

Late is good .. almost everything that comes late ( in tech)  is more successful ( not necessarily good) 

- iPhone to Blackberry
- Chrome to rest of the browsers 
- Bitcoin to USD 
- Google search to Yahoo and excite 
- Smartphone to PC 
- Linux to windows 


The reason is simple - tech gets better - tech leaders evolve ..
