Iris used to do it. It even showed it kind of in an Instagram style feed if you choose it that way... 

But that was like every picture and gif I posted... 

I guess the difference would be it would either be a saved list of notes specific to categories or maybe it would be tagged while posting what category I wanted it in.

Showcaseable, named, saved note lists I guess? 
They would stay static hopefully and specific Rather than every jpg I post.
