Many individuals in all countries, do not.

Its great that you have a bidet in Italy.  Most Italians do not.

Some people in European countries do not even have toilets.

Some people in America do not even have homes.

I have my own bidet in my house here in Canada, most people I know do not.  My bidet is not high quality and there are the obvious pros of using it but a few cons as well.

I would like to upgrade my bidet to a better model in the future.

 That's true, but it's a question of population percentage. Because at the French court, for example, even the kings did it anywhere... so you could say it was the 100% who didn't have a toilet. But that's just to illustrate the point 😉
