 A feature in Mastodon v4.2.0 that went unnoticed by me until now: DMs now highlight the fact that they're DMs.

Previously I always had to make a conscious effort to look at the icon to see if content was public or not. Now it goes out of the way to make you aware if a post is a DM. Nifty.

 we used to have contrasted backgrounds for DMs now we don't and it sucks :(

 @394b5c0e I'm getting used to the renamed federated feed (now live feed), and having to switch from local to mixed or "other servers" option
