 we used to have contrasted backgrounds for DMs now we don't and it sucks :(

 @anime graf mays 🛰️🪐 Yeah Mastodon has contrasting colors for the bg too. IIRC it's always had that, but it wasn't as obvious as the "Private mention" text and icon at the top now.
