I'm wondering why you decided to put the Users & Merchants portals after Developers & Enterprises?

I would have gone Users > Merchants > Enterprises > Developers.

Users are the least invested in staying on the site. It also seems to be the simplest information.

I'm betting most Devs would persist to the Dev area.
