I'm man enough to admit that had I bought BTC in 2010 I would have been the guy who sold it all way too early.
That's an honest appraisal, you would also be in, I suspect, a good 95% to have done exactly the same!
I sleep better at night knowing this, because I'd struggle to make peace with that, probably.
It's getting to the stage now though, where it's REAL difficult to decide what you do with it. If you have any meaningful number of sats, and depending on your age, it's like 🤯🤯🤯. (I am that person)😳😂.
Just remember you can't take it with ya. It's just a great savings mechanism, but I like to put my money to work, personally.
Yeah and you might even have Bitcoin derangement syndrome rn. Could have become a nocoiner instead too due to the PTSD 🤨
99% likely I would be too bitter to reconsider it
Same
I age a friend that mined a bunch. They've sold some, kept some. Basically, they're worth tens of millions, and they sell some, making them worth a few million in Bitcoin. Then the price goes up, making them worth tens of million again (In Bitcoin). Of course those others investments they bought from Bitcoin sales are also growing.
I know a guy who got some way below $1 and continued mining it before you need an ASIC. Built a great business and continues to put it to good use. It's what I like to see.
Probably me too. I'm still pissed that I knew of it, asked a professor about it, and believed him when he said it's a scam
