 First work out done, and started making room for a pull up/dip station i've promised myself if i keep it up for a month 👍🏻 
 I'm trying to get back into the daily habit of working out again. I've slipped recently and have used work as the excuse. Anyways I'm getting back into it and I want to get one of those as well. I'm also trying to find a row machine that's decent  
 Let's do a 31 days in September, August can be warmup. 
 I'm cutting back my hours end of September. Going to be easing back into now. I've put back on about 5.5lbs and not in a good way. About to swim some laps when I take the kids to the pool
