Had a bit of a digital holiday too, just pottering about the house and doing some thinking.. 🤔
And seeing as its the 1st of the month I've set myself a challenge. Three months ago i damaged my shoulder and took some time off from the gym. Ive lost a lot of muscle and gained some fat in that time.
So I'm starting an at home calisthenics program. Here's a few photos to show where I'm starting. On the first of the month i'll post a progress photo.

I'm cutting back my hours end of September. Going to be easing back into now. I've put back on about 5.5lbs and not in a good way. About to swim some laps when I take the kids to the pool
