It's be interesting to see if Jews can consume more due to their higher then average IQ or if they'd be handicapped and lose to blacks due to their "whiteness." Doesn't really matter though, rejection of handouts is mostly a Western European thing thanks to the Protestant Work ethic.

I'm not saying that's good or bad, it's just a fact and stems from Anglo-Saxons and German usually coming from Protestant sects which look down on welfarism. Most other religions don't. ("White" means predominantly of European descent. It's bizarre how that somehow becomes a mystery among Americans when they get uncomfortable)

I was born and partially raised in Australia, and I live in Texas. I have encountered Whites in America as well as non-White "Australians" both here and in Australia and I can tell you that I most strongly connnected (even in the days in which I was not "racist") with White Americans and White Australians as opposed to non-Whites of both varieties, as there is only so much that culture does. Those of similar ancestry have similarly functioning brains and thus tend to form similar ideas fed the same stimuli, hence identifying stronger with those of the same racial group as those who are not regardless of culture and upbringing.
