 He was already a lock for the election.  No need to bolster the odds.  It was a legitimate attempt.  Nobody shoots an ear off on purpose.

 I disagree. I think democrats were going to have Biden step down and bring in Newsom or someone else last minute. Also how does killing trump help dems get their demented boy back in office? Everyone would vote republican as a reaction. It doesn’t make sense.

 Even if they do it's still an L.  This is a war between the Fed and the US government.  BTC is at the center of the war.  Same reason they knocked Kennedy for trying to end the fed.
