If you die in the simulation do you die in the real world?
 Nope.

That's why you have nothing to fear.

You're an eternal being having an experience of what it's like to be mortal. Feels pretty real huh?
So far I haven’t been able to remember anything outside this present reality to discern what “real” should feel like 😁
I think we remember what we need to remember & only when we're ready.

I think we are each running our own simulation of our own creation that conforms to the rules of this realm.

I think the first level is one in which you believe you are the avatar. This is the only level most NPCs experience. Everything is happening to them & it scares the shit out of them.

Level 2 is awareness that you'are also the player experiencing this realm, through the avatar. You're still experiencing it all through the avatar but you know the avatar is not the greater you.

Level 3 is where you get to actively choose how things play out. In essence you've found out how to adjust the variables that the simulation is running on.

I don't think playing level 3 is necessarily better than level 2. God mode tends to take the fun out if any game.
I’d say objectively I feel I spend most time around level 2 but certainly have a tendency to float up or pulled down. Probably nothing unique in that though
 Very similar to myself.

Level 3 strokes my ego which tends to kick me back down for a while.

Sometimes I simply forget who I am & go back to playing on level 1.

I enjoy experiencing level 2 the most.
It's conceivable that extreme trauma experienced in the simulation, such as being locked away in a glass prison for your safety could lead to psychological or physiological responses in the body if you do not have a #PlanB!
Interesting. Wouldn’t that trauma in your example be more about your perception of the situation?
