Indeed one of my ideas to improve it was offer and public api so other clients can interop, and benefit of it

 That seems like the right direction. Whenever you build something like that, just let me know, and I will create an interface for it on NostrNet. I think other clients will also start implementing it; @Vitor Pamplona was also talking about it.
